Bernstein v Skyviews & General [1978] QB 479

Facts: Skyviews & General took aerial photographs of a number of houses, including Bernstein’s home and tried to sell them to residents. There was no implied licence to enter (as the same thing happened 7 years earlier and Berstein was upset, hence revoking the license). Bernstein claimed damages for trespass.
