Dyers v The Queen (2002) 210 CLR 283

Facts: Defendant (D) charged with sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl (in ‘converting energy sessions’). D testified, but Ws that may have been called to substantiate D’s alibi were not called. The trial judge (TJ) gave a Jones v Dunkel direction to the jury.
