Hollywood Silver Fox Farm v Emmett [1936] 2 KB 468

Facts: The plaintiff (Pl) bred silver foxes for their fur. By nature, these foxes are timid and easily scared; when scared, they are liable to miscarry. D was a farmer who owned land adjoining to the fox farm, Pl. D objected to the fox farm and deliberately encouraged his son to fire his gun to frighten the foxes and impair their ability to breed so Pl would end its operation. Pl sued in private nuisance, requesting an injunction.
